About the Competition

The Atlantic Coast Classic: a new era begins!

2022 marks the 10th year of this event, but its first as The Atlantic Coast Classic. Originally The Bacon Beatdown, The ACC is Florida’s fitness competition.

Our goal is to bring a Regionals-quality event to everyday athletes. Competitors ranging from kids all the way up to 50+ grandmasters will compete over 3 days inside a massive convention center arena in Daytona Beach, Florida. We are excited to be bringing back Adaptive divisions in 2022!

The ACC will feature balanced, challenging programming, including a beach wod on Sunday morning, a massive vendor village, excellent arena seating, and the most hype competition floor you can find.

Divisions & Standards

All listed weights are working weights. Standards are close approximations of the weights for the programmed workouts. If you can do the gymnastic movements and do multiple reps of at least quick singles in a workout at the given weights, you will have fun in that division. If you register for a division and the wods end up being too difficult, we will move you to a more appropriate division, assuming there are slots open.
