The ACC 2025!

The Atlantic Coast Classic is Florida’s largest community CrossFit competition. Hosted in the beautiful Ocean Center on the shores of Daytona Beach, we’ll once again have 3 days of competition and fitness in the Florida summer.

The ACC is a massive community event, featuring balanced, classic programming, a beach workout on Sunday morning, a massive vendor village with freebies and shopping, arena seating with amazing views, and a Regionals-quality competition floor.

Divisions range from kids 10 and under to Grandmaster 50+, beginner to elite, with individuals and teams of three. Scroll down to find our standards for 2025!

Divisions & Standards

All listed weights are working weights. Standards are close approximations of the weights for the programmed workouts. They could be heavier or lighter! You should be able to do your division’s gymnastic movements and do multiple reps of at least quick singles. If you register and the wods end up being too difficult, we will gladly move you to a more appropriate division, assuming there are slots open.

The men’s division is on the Rx standard. The women are on the Intermediate standard. We do this because we have historically been unable to get more than a few registrations in Women’s Masters(40+) with Rx standards.

*Note: If you are 40+ and cannot complete these standards, you may compete in another division (Beginner, Intermediate, etc) You do not HAVE to be in Masters.

For every entrant over 25 in a division, $25/Indy, $75/Team will be added to the pool for that division.
